Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Yasmeen! As a certified ADHD and Executive Functioning Coach, I bring a unique blend of expertise and personal insight to my coaching practice. I have completed comprehensive coach training from the ADD Coach Academy and hold an MSc in Psychology, which has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of ADHD and other unique brains that can present challenges with Executive Functioning skills.
I am also a trained secondary school teacher. My journey in the field of education includes experience as a Learning Support (Special Educational Needs) teacher and later as an Inclusion Arrangements Coordinator, where I gained valuable experience in supporting neurodiverse individuals. My passion for understanding and helping neurodivergent individuals stems from my own experiences with my wonderful neurodivergent family.
Living in seven different countries while raising a young family, I consider myself a global citizen. This international exposure has enriched my perspective, helping me gain a better understanding of the diverse cultures and backgrounds of the individuals I work with. I have first-hand experience with the challenges that come with major life transitions and the difficulties of establishing new support systems in unfamiliar environments. My aim is to help guide you through these obstacles, empowering you to leverage your strengths to achieve your personal and professional goals.
I coach adults, young adults and teenagers with:
ADHD
Executive Functioning challenges with or without specific learning differences
Parents of Neurodivergent Children
A formal diagnosis is not necessary to benefit from coaching.
